2. The service

DeepLumen helps Shopify brands improve their visibility in AI-assistant product queries (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.). The free 48-hour AI visibility audit is delivered manually by our team in v1.

3. Demo requests & data

Information you submit through demo / resource / audit forms is handled per our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the Shopify App to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise probe non-public endpoints.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". AI visibility outcomes depend on factors outside our control (model updates, third-party policies). We make no guarantee of specific rankings.
